Crime Branch study reveals that 7 police stations in Indore have become hotspots for drug smuggling, with 21 peddlers arrested.

Some areas of the city are consistently being exposed in MD drug and brown sugar smuggling. According to a 9-month study by the Crime Branch, approximately 80% of the arrested accused in smuggling cases are linked to Khajrana, Chandan Nagar, Azad Nagar, Hiranagar, Sadar Bazaar, Raoji Bazaar, and surrounding areas. In 15 operations conducted over 26 days in September, 21 peddlers from these areas were arrested. They were found to be carrying MD drugs worth around Rs 60 lakh.
