Several areas of Jabalpur, situated on the banks of the Narmada River, have been facing a water shortage for the past eight days. People in areas like Trimurti Nagar, Krishna Nagar, and Damoh Naka are not getting water. Residents allege that the municipal corporation is neither sending tankers nor are officials listening to their problems. In protest against this issue, the Youth Congress and the Congress councilors' team staged a demonstration. They reached the municipal corporation and symbolically handed over a tap to the mayor.
