85,000 bus drivers will receive free training: To prevent accidents, 38,000 new driving training centers will be opened.

To curb bus accidents in the state, the government will provide free training to private bus drivers and conductors. The initiative will begin with 85,000 private bus drivers and over 55,000 conductors. Under the Sugam Transport Service, they will be trained in defensive driving, speed judgment, controlling vehicles in emergencies, and handling passengers, all according to international standards. For this purpose, 38 new driver training centers will be established across the state.
