In Madhya Pradesh, on Anant Chaturdashi, Friday will be marked by the immersion of Ganesh idols, along with a festive atmosphere in major cities across the state, featuring floats and live events. In Indore, as part of a 103-year-old tradition, floats will parade through a route over 9 kilometers starting at 6 pm. Special arrangements have also been made for immersion in Ujjain and Gwalior. Security has been deployed at ghats, artificial ponds, and immersion sites in Bhopal and other cities.
