The Indore bench of the Madhya Pradesh High Court has quashed the order to change the viral girl's date of birth. The court stated, "The date of birth cannot be changed without hearing the concerned individual." This birth certificate was created by the Maheshwar Municipal Council. On the application of the viral girl's father, the date of birth was changed from January 1, 2008, to December 30, 2009. Prior to this, the viral girl's birth certificate, Aadhaar card, PAN card, and Voter ID all had a date of birth of January 1, 2008.
