Two departments are entangled over land: A hotel is to be built in front of the agricultural college, and maintenance of AICTSL buses is being carried out here.

The Simhastha festival is just a year and a half away, but the government-owned luxury hotel being built in Indore has become entangled in land disputes. The Madhya Pradesh Tourism Development Corporation (MPT) has been given land in front of an agricultural college for the hotel. This same land also houses an AICTSL bus depot.
