In the Bank Panchayat area of Indore, India, people led by Congress leaders protested on Tuesday regarding electricity problems in several colonies, illegal extortion by outsourced employees, and the negligence of officials. The people have given a week-long ultimatum for their demands, after which they warned of launching a major agitation. Congress leaders Sarfaraz Ansari, Shadab Patel, and Shahzad Baba were outside the Sirpur Zone Electricity Distribution Company office.
