Congress MLA Abhay Mishra was picked up by Bhopal police while he was protesting in front of the ministry, demanding the Deputy CM's resignation over the death of a woman in Rewa.

Abhay Mishra, the Congress MLA from Semariya in Rewa district, has been taken into custody by Bhopal police. He was protesting in front of the ministry in Bhopal. Mishra could only sit for half an hour before being picked up by the police. Mishra is demanding a CBI inquiry into the death of pregnant Kalpana Mishra and her newborn child at Gandhi Smarak Hospital, which is affiliated with Sanjay Gandhi Medical College in Rewa, along with Deputy Chief Minister and Health Minister Rajendra
