Today's protest in Indore against bike taxis: Auto and car taxi drivers will participate and submit a memorandum to the police headquarters.

Auto-rickshaw drivers are once again set to take the field in protest against bike taxis. On October 1st, they will stage a demonstration and submit a memorandum at the police headquarters regarding their demands. Nilesh Suryavanshi, Pankaj Malviya, and Harish Panwar, city presidents of the Indore Auto Rickshaw Drivers Federation, stated that several movements have been launched against bike taxis since 2019. More than 20,000 bike taxi drivers are operating bike taxis without police verification.
