The Chandan Nagar police in Indore, India, have taken action in two cases related to online fraud. In both cases, the victims were duped into downloading an APK file, after which approximately ₹1 lakh each was deducted from their bank accounts. The police registered FIRs in both cases on Wednesday and initiated investigations.
