High Court Strict on App Appointment in Mhow Court: Even After 1 Year, No Right to Advocate Without Considering Arguments

The Indore bench of the Madhya Pradesh High Court has issued an important order regarding the appointment of an Additional Public Prosecutor (APP) in the Additional Sessions Judge Court at Dr. Ambedkar Nagar (Mhow). The court has directed the state government and concerned authorities to initiate a fresh recruitment process and complete it within eight weeks. This order was passed by Justice Milind Ramesh Phadke on September 2, 2026, in a writ petition filed against Dinesh Pancholi versus Madhya Pradesh High Court.
