FIR against the colony president and female operator in Indore: They took 1 million rupees for a plot agreement but neither registered it nor delivered possession.

Rajendra Nagar police in Indore have registered a case of fraud against Yashraj Tiwari, the chairman of Lakepark Colony, and Maya Tiwari, its operator. Both are accused of taking ₹10 lakh for an agreement on a 1200 square feet plot in the colony, but later neither registered it nor handed over possession. When asked to return the money, both refused. According to the police, Gaurav Chaudhary, a resident of Nehru Nagar, filed a complaint about the matter with the DCP.
