In Indore, India's Indore area, the Lasudia police registered an FIR on Tuesday against Sanjay alias Sheikh Saeed, a friend of the 13-year-old minor's father, under charges of molestation and the POCSO Act. The accused had been making obscene gestures to the student for about three months. On Raksha Bandhan, the victim went to her maternal uncle's house and narrated the entire incident to him, after which a complaint was filed with the police. According to the police, the victim is studying in a private school, where she was first bed-tapped twice.
