The Central GST department's team launched a simultaneous operation on Wednesday at three locations of the Indore-based JMB Group, an old and prestigious sweet and savory business. The department had received information about irregularities and the purchase and sale of dried fruits without bills. Following this, separate teams of officials reached out to the group's three outlets and began examining documents and records. During the operation, the shutters of the shops were kept closed.
