Bhaskar Correspondent | A team from the administration and food safety department took action against Shyam Dairy Industries, owned by former BJP councilor Shyam Agarwal, on Wednesday afternoon following complaints of re-packaging and adulteration in the name of Vidisha branded ghee. In a joint investigation with the food safety flying squad that arrived from Bhopal, approximately 750 kg of substandard ghee and vegetable fat were seized. The estimated value of this was around Rs 4.50 lakh. The administration has sealed the factory.
