In Bhopal, every property (house, shop, establishment) can now have a unique digital identity. The municipal corporation is planning to implement a scheme where metal/digital number plates with GPS-based QR codes will be installed outside houses. As soon as the code is scanned, the entire record of the house will be revealed. This will include information on the area and number of floors permitted by the corporation, as well as the current construction status. The outstanding property tax will also be visible.
