A car suddenly caught fire while traveling on Dhar Highway: The SI jumped and saved his life, the car was completely burnt to ashes; a short circuit is suspected.

In the Amjhera police station area of Dhar, a moving car suddenly caught fire near Hatod on the Indore-Ahmedabad National Highway on Thursday. The car was traveling from Rajgarh towards Indore. As soon as the fire broke out, the police sub-inspector in the car stopped the vehicle and jumped out to save his life. There are no reports of any injuries in the incident. People present nearby informed Dial-112 about the fire. Upon receiving the information, a Dial-112 team and firefighters arrived at the scene.
