Demand for including Kotwal Samaj in ST intensified: State executive formed in Khargone, Paatal Singh said - Will fight a long battle.

A state-level meeting of the Kotwal Samaj organization was held on Tuesday at the tribal community hospital located in Khargone district headquarters. Representatives from the community from Khargone, Barwani, Dhar, Alirajpur, Indore, Burhanpur, Khandwa, and Jhabua districts participated in it. The demand for granting Scheduled Tribe (ST) status to the Kotwal Samaj in Madhya Pradesh was prominently raised at the meeting. Additionally, discussions were held on formulating a strategy to pursue this demand at the government level.
