Why is Rahul focusing on Madhya Pradesh in the UP elections when he has two tours scheduled in 12 days and called the victims of Ken-Betwa to Delhi? Is BJP feeling the pressure?

Children had been dying in Balaghat since May. In September, Rahul Gandhi raised the issue and has now directly reached Jagla village. He met with Baiga tribal families on Thursday. Approximately 1,500 villagers arrived to see him. This is his second visit to Madhya Pradesh in the last 12 days. The deaths had been occurring since May, so why did Rahul come now?
