A woman and child fell into a drain in Indore, and now the corporation has woken up. Retaining walls will be built on both sides of the drain, and the closed streetlights will also be turned on soon.
The Indore Municipal Corporation has taken action after a woman and her child fell into an open drain on the master plan road leading from Sun City to Bhavans School in Indore. On Monday, Additional Commissioner (Drainage) Ashish, along with officials, inspected the site. The officials assured that retaining walls would be constructed on both sides of the open drain flowing along the road. The construction of this drain will be carried out by the builders of Apex Elite Township.
