Another collapsed road in Indore's Pardesipura: exposed, hollow ground; an accident at this location for the second time in a year.

In Indore, India, a road caved in again near the chamber in lane number 3 of Pardesipura. This is the fifth such incident in the city in four months. After the concrete broke, a large portion of the ground beneath the road was found to be hollow. A slab of the road was also seen hanging in the air at the spot. Upon receiving the information, the Public Works Department of the corporation sent an engineer to the site on Tuesday for an investigation. According to corporation officials, the collapse of the old drainage chamber is suspected to be the reason for the road caving in.
