Kanpur: A fraud of 1.63 crore has been reported in the name of MES tender, and the victims are being accused of filing an FIR themselves, with the police engaged in investigation.

In Kanpur, a firm operator from Kalyanpur is accused of fraud in the name of the Military Engineer Services (MES) tender. He is alleged to have embezzled approximately ₹1.63 crore from five individuals in Lucknow. The victims have filed a complaint with the Police Commissioner of Kanpur and on the CM Portal.
