Kanpur: The RTO server has crashed, causing 10,000 applications to be stuck. Registration, transfer, and challan work have been affected for the past week.

For the past week, the RTO server has been down, affecting tasks related to new vehicle registrations, vehicle transfers, NOCs, finance, and e-challans. Approximately 10,000 applications are pending. More than 600 people are returning daily without their work being completed.
