Kanpur: Bookings for 20,000 consumers were cancelled due to a cylinder issue, as they failed to update their e-KYC within the stipulated deadline.

1.88 lakh gas consumers in Kanpur district have not updated their e-KYC within the deadline of September 30th. The bookings of approximately 20,000 of these consumers were also cancelled late Wednesday evening. Now, e-KYC must be updated first for the cylinder.
