Kanpur: Suspecting cancer from a lump in her cheek, a woman took her own life under stress; she had a love marriage 20 years ago.

In Bhannapurwa, under the Raipurwa police station area, Kahkasha Begum (40), who was already stressed due to concerns of developing cancer after discovering a lump in her throat, hanged herself at her maternal home late Sunday night.
