Kanpur: The Municipal Corporation is playing a game of "raw patchwork," with potholes filled with gravel and mud in 200 places, and clouds of dust rising as the sun shines brightly.

The temporary patchwork being done by the Kanpur Municipal Corporation to fill potholes is also increasing air pollution. The road is being leveled by filling it with gravel and soil.
