Kanpur: Gandhi-Shastri Jayanti was celebrated at the Commissionerate, with the Chief Police Officer garlanding statues and pledging to serve the people.

In Kanpur, on Friday, the Commissionerate Police paid tribute to Mahatma Gandhi and Lal Bahadur Shastri, the former Prime Minister of India, on their birth anniversaries.
