Kanpur: Jagdish Jangid said that the Election Commission is working like a BJP agent and that Congress will contest elections on all 403 seats.

Jagdish Chandra Jangid, the National Secretary of Congress and in-charge of Kanpur, has accused the Election Commission of acting like a BJP agent. He stated that there is public anger towards the government. The BJP does not have the right to ask for votes.
