Kanpur: Even after 50 days, smart RC cards have not been made yet; thousands of vehicle owners are troubled, and the ARTO has said that they will resolve the problem.

The Smart Card RC system, which was implemented in the Kanpur region of India's transport department on August 1st, has not yet been put into practice even after 50 days. Approximately one thousand vehicle owners from the district who applied and paid the fee online are still waiting for their Smart RCs.
