Kanpur: A retired army officer was defrauded of ₹58.60 lakh in the name of getting a petrol pump, with five people reported to be involved.

A fraudster defrauded a retired army officer of ₹58.60 lakh by falsely promising to allocate a petrol pump in the name of being an account head at Indian Oil Corporation.
