Kanpur: A fraudulent company was established under a fake name and address, resulting in an ITC theft of ₹8.57 crore. A report has been filed at the Naubasta police station.

Input Tax Credit (ITC) worth ₹8.57 crore was embezzled by creating a firm in Machariya, Naubasta, using forged documents. The investigation revealed a closed shop at the firm's address.
