Kanpur: Gajanan was bid farewell with moist eyes after being smeared with abir and gulal. Eighty Ganesh idols were immersed in Gagnikhera Lake.

In Shuklaganj, the immersion of Ganesh idols installed in pandals and homes has begun for the Ganesh Mahotsav. On Friday, on the fifth day, a total of 80 idols, both small and large, were immersed in Gagnikhera Lake.
