Kanpur: A youth assaulted a broker at the RTO office, saying that he had not transferred his bike for five thousand rupees and had taken money six months ago.

On Tuesday, an applicant and his sister confronted a broker at the RTO office for not transferring their bike after taking money. When they asked for the documents and the money back, there was initially an argument, which then escalated into physical violence.
