Kanpur: A woman was caught red-handed with ₹9.2 million in jewelry and cash after breaking into a box. She has accused her son, daughter, and daughter-in-law of the theft.

In Kanpur, jewelry and cash worth ₹8 to 9.2 million were stolen from the house of a 76-year-old woman in Shanti Nagar Cantt, Rail Bazaar police station area, even after she changed the lock following the loss of her keys. The lid of the box was found broken.
