Kanpur: A child playing outside was bitten by a dog and left bleeding, creating an atmosphere of panic among people.

In the Jajmau police station area, on Sunday, a stray dog bit Irshad, the nine-year-old son of Tajir Hussain, a tannery worker. This left him bleeding profusely. His family took him to Kanshiram Hospital.
