Kannauj: A teenager died from a snake bite; he had come to his cousin's house, but succumbed at the district hospital. Family members are inconsolable.

A 17-year-old youth named Ankit from Trilokpur village in Gurssahayagunj block of Kannauj district visited his cousin Seenu's house in Deopur, near Saryay Prayag. He died after being bitten by a snake around 2 PM on Sunday.
