Kanpur: An accused who was arrested nine months after allegedly occupying land and demanding a ransom of fifty lakhs has been arrested.

The Chakeri police have arrested Harilal Lodh, a resident of Koyla Nagar, who is accused of occupying land and demanding a ransom of fifty lakhs.
