Kanpur: A broker, incensed by a vehicle buyer asking for a copy of the registration certificate (RC) outside the RTO office, assaulted the buyer in the middle of the road.

Despite the crackdown on brokers outside the RTO office, the situation is not improving. On Thursday, a dispute arose when the broker was asked to return the money and documents given to him for vehicle transfer.
