Kanpur: A shopkeeper was beaten with a shoe, and an advocate allegedly misbehaved with the police. Action has been taken against the accused for breach of peace.

In Kanpur, two young men in a PAC mode at the Chakeri police station area late Wednesday night, verbally abused a paan shopkeeper after he asked for change from his cigarettes. They even took off their shoes to hit him when he protested.
