Kanpur: A scuffle broke out between councilors and the CHO at the Baradevi temple over cleanliness. A heated argument ensued when the supervisor was replaced.

The Municipal Health Officer, who arrived in Kanpur to inspect the cleaning arrangements at the Baradevi temple and fair complex before Navratri, had a confrontation with Ward 38 councilor Hariswaroop Tiwari, also known as Nikku, on Friday.
