Kanpur: A young man stabbed his neck with a cutter in front of Chakeri police station; he is in critical condition and has been referred to the hospital.

In front of Chakeri police station in Kanpur, a 30-year-old man slashed his own neck with a knife on Sunday evening. He was referred to Hallet Hospital from Kashiram Hospital in critical condition.
