Kanpur: A woman who had come from Himachal Pradesh to tie Rakhi was found missing at Central Station; her body was found face down, with allegations of murder.

On Sunday, the husband identified the body of a woman found face down in an empty plot behind the guest house located in Taukadpur, Senpashchim Para police station area, on September 4th, as Binu Devi (38).
