High Court: How illegal colonies were formed, HC seeks response from Kanpur Development Authority

The Allahabad High Court has sought a response from the officials of the Kanpur Development Authority (KDA) in connection with the case regarding the Nehru Smarak Sahakari Griha Nirman Samiti Limited, located in Gangapur, Mauja Dehli Sujanpur, Kanpur city, which is allegedly being described as an unauthorized colony.
