Cabinet approves Rs 7,145 crore Kanpur-Kabrai access-controlled highway under BOT mode

The cabinet has approved the construction of a Rs 7,145 crore access-controlled highway between Kanpur and Kabrai, to be developed under the Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) mode.
