Kanpur: A truck carrying chemical drums overturned uncontrollably on an elevated bridge, causing traffic jams.

A truck carrying chemical drums to Jajmau suddenly lost control and overturned on the elevated bridge passing through Yashodanagar early Tuesday morning. In the accident, the chemicals from the drums and a white powder in sacks spilled onto the road.
