Farrukhabad: The faith of Bappa devotees was tested by the rain. A grand immersion procession, accompanied by drums and cymbals, took place in Kamalganj town of Farrukhabad district during the Ganesh Mahotsav on Friday morning. After performing puja-anushthan and havan, Gaurisut was seated on a grand chariot amidst the sound of drums and cymbals. Meanwhile, it started raining, but Bappa devotees' faith prevailed over the rain. The immersion took place from Deepkeshari Mata Temple located on Kanpur-Fatehgarh state highway.
