Kanpur: Nine departments have been issued notices regarding a decline in their IGRS (Inspector General of Revenue Service) ranks, and the administration has sought a response.

Negligence in resolving complaints on IGRS is now costing officials dearly. Kanpur has fallen to 71st position in the September ranking.
