Kanpur DEO denies 12 engineers brought 5,000 EVMs before UP polls

The District Electoral Officer (DEO) of Kanpur has denied claims that 12 engineers transported 5,000 electronic voting machines (EVMs) to the area prior to the Uttar Pradesh elections.
