Kanpur: The Mangal Bhawan committee has been reinstated, the Municipal Corporation executive has retaliated, and three major decisions of the Municipal Commissioner have been overturned.

In Kanpur, the municipal corporation executive, led by Mayor Pramila Pandey, overturned three decisions of Municipal Commissioner Arpit Upadhyay on Friday. The committee that was previously revoked for Mangal Bhawan has been reinstated.
