Kanpur: Another checking campaign at RTO, suspects chased away, applicants questioned while standing at windows.

On Thursday, the ARTO administration inspected Kahkashan Khatoon and RI Santosh Kumar at the RTO office. They interacted with applicants standing at the windows to find out if they were facing any kind of problem.
